At Tu Mando, we process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible.
We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel — our fulfillment team moves quickly.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible:

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible within 1–2 business hours.
3. Cancellation Eligibility
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
- Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit
- Orders placed during flash sales or limited-time promotions
- Custom or personalized orders
- Orders where the 24-hour cancellation window has passed
4. Refund Upon Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
No cancellation fees are charged. If approved, you receive a complete refund of your order total including any shipping paid.
5. Already Shipped?
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return once the package is delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
