At Tu Mando, every product is crafted with precision and care. We stand behind the quality of what we create — and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, or tampering

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer care team within your 7-day window:

Please include your order number and a brief description of your reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer size or preference-based exchanges on opened items.


6. Discreet Returns

We understand that privacy matters. All return shipments are handled with the same discretion as our outbound orders — plain packaging, no brand markings on the exterior, and a neutral return address label.

Your return will never appear on your billing statement as anything other than a generic merchant name.
