Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Discreet Packaging We understand your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our brand name on the outside. Your billing statement will show a discreet charge name.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@tumando.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
