We want you to understand your product and feel comfortable asking for help, before or after ordering.

Choosing your product

Use the individual product page for its dimensions, materials, controls and supported features. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If a product materially differs from its description or you receive the wrong item, we will put it right under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Adult personal use

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age required in their location. Follow the instructions supplied with your product, including its cleaning, charging and storage guidance. Use only the waterproof or water-resistant capabilities specifically stated for that product.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. If use causes discomfort or irritation, stop using the product. A qualified healthcare professional can advise on individual health concerns.

Help that respects your privacy

Unused products may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery, with free return and exchange shipping. Opening the packaging does not affect this offer. Quality issues are handled separately, including through the 5-year warranty.

These promises are in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law. They do not limit any right to a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy that the law gives you.
