Welcome to Tu Mando. These terms explain how shopping at tumando.co works and the service you can expect from us. Our aim is to make ordering and aftercare clear and straightforward.

1. Who we are and who can shop

Your purchase is with Tu Mando. Shopify provides the platform for our online store and checkout. Our store and products are intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age required in their location.

Please provide accurate delivery and contact information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. If you create an account, keep its login details secure and contact us if you notice unauthorised activity.

2. Product information and prices

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Each product page sets out the features offered for that item. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours, but do not reduce your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

The checkout shows the currency, item prices, discounts, taxes collected by us and any delivery charge before you pay. Standard shipping is free. Any separate import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. A later price change does not alter the price of an order already placed.

If we discover a significant listing or pricing error affecting your order, we will explain it and ask how you would like to proceed. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the full amount you paid to us.

3. Orders and changes

We send an order confirmation after checkout. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund. A replacement product or additional charge requires your agreement.

You may cancel for any reason, free of charge, any time before shipment. This includes discounted and promotional orders. There is no 24-hour cutoff. Email sales@tumando.co with your order details; see our Cancellation Policy for what happens if a parcel is already on its way.

4. Delivery

Orders are sent in discreet packaging. Estimated delivery information is shown at checkout. We will help if a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, and remain responsible for it while it is in transit to you. We handle carrier enquiries and do not require you to resolve a carrier claim yourself.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will offer an updated date or cancellation with a full refund. The Shipping Policy explains delivery and import information.

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You may return or exchange an unused product for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery. Opening the packaging does not affect eligibility, and original packaging is not required. For non-quality-related refunds, actual outbound and return shipping costs and the applicable non-refundable payment processing fee are deducted as set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible exchanges include free return and replacement shipping. We do not charge an additional handling or restocking fee.

Refunds cover the amount paid for returned items and applicable taxes collected by us, subject to the shipping and payment processing deductions for non-quality-related refunds set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law or where the return results from a product quality issue or an error by Tu Mando. Quality issues and statutory rights remain subject to the exceptions in that policy.

6. Our 5-year warranty and consumer rights

Tu Mando products include a 5-year warranty for manufacturing and functional faults arising during normal use. For a covered fault, we provide a replacement and cover any required return and replacement shipping. The warranty starts on the original purchase date. Original packaging and separate registration are not required.

The full process is in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. This warranty adds to the guarantees and remedies available under consumer law. We do not disclaim those guarantees or sell our products without the protections described here.

7. Product care and personal advice

Follow the product's supplied instructions for its intended use, cleaning, charging and storage. Product information is not medical advice and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Individual preferences vary; our return and warranty commitments explain the options available to you.

8. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we use, why it is needed and the choices you have. Marketing consent is separate from placing an order where consent is required. You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time; order and service messages may still be sent.

Private support messages are handled as customer correspondence. They are not permission to publish your story, identity or photographs in advertising. We will ask before using identifiable customer material for that purpose.

9. Using the website

You are welcome to browse, share links and save product information for personal use. Please do not misuse another person's information, submit fraudulent orders, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights or interfere with the website's security. Reasonable measures to prevent abuse do not remove rights attached to a valid order.

Website content and branding belong to Tu Mando or the relevant rights holder. These terms do not restrict lawful use, accessibility tools, honest reviews or your right to raise a complaint.

10. Responsibility and resolving a concern

If something goes wrong, contact sales@tumando.co so we can help. We will honour the return, delivery and warranty commitments stated in these policies. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, injury caused by negligence, faulty goods or any other matter where the law does not permit a limitation.

You retain access to any complaint, payment-dispute, regulator or court process available to you. Contacting us is intended to help resolve a concern, not to make you waive another remedy.

11. Applicable law and changes

California law applies to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply, and these terms do not require you to give up any right to use your local courts or statutory remedies.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We date changes to these terms and give additional notice where required. Changes do not reduce the rights, prices or service commitments attached to an order already placed. If wording elsewhere on this website conflicts with a specific customer benefit promised here, we will honour that benefit, subject to any stronger rights provided by law.
